Hi I have received the IT NOTICE for AY 11-12 under 143 1(a) raising demand of tax and interest. In particular year my employer has deducted the TDS from my salary but not filed TDS returns, so no credit showing in 16a. Now employer not ready to file old TDS return. Now what should i do please suggest .

if u have salary slip of tds deducted in concern a.y. dealt with your employer accordingly
