Aadhar PAN linking is made compulsory for filing Income Tax Return.

What in the Case of PARTNERSHIP FIRMS? Whose Aadhar to Link?

partnership has its own legal identity in the eyes of income tax it has to be link

There is no need to link PAN of the firm with its partner's Aadhaar. Partnership firm is not eligible to obtain aadhar
