Quick Summary
If you've received a demand notice because Form 10E wasn't filed for FY 2018-19, you can no longer file it directly. The deadline has passed. Your best option is to submit a condonation request to your jurisdictional Income Tax Officer (ITO) to explain the delay.

Well, now you cannot file it...

But you can file condonation request to your Jurisdictional ITO..

@ My honourable dhiraj Lal sir ,what is the due dates for TDS return and TCS return deposit time and return filing time...

what is mean by FVU and RPU in TDS actullay ,for what tpurpose???

which website I have to go..... compu tax software mostly are filing ??
Sir you mean first file 10e and then condonation request?

No. You cannot file form 10E now.. The last date of filing form 10E was 31.07.2019, or before filing return.

An option was suggested to file condonation request for filing the form.

In condonation request only delay in submition of itr v option is there

Correct, That is why I said try with jurisdictional ITO.. That is just a try ...
