Sushil Modi tweeted that businesses with turnover upto Rs 1.5 crore have been exempted from GSTR-2 and 3 and will have to file quarterly return of GSTR-1 till the end of this fiscal. However, they will have to file the monthly GSTR-3B
all taxpayers file Gstr 1 up to March 2017 monthly or quarterly basis
You have to file GSTR-1 only till March 2018.
