I want to Know about some detail of the Section 8 Company Registered under Companies Act 2013, that CAN a SECTION 8 Company GIVE OR TAKE LOAN   to any Individual OR any PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY. If, YES Please SAY upto whant amount...

If No, Then if SEC 8 company had already given loan to other company then what is the Remeady/ solution for that.
