Sleep. 

Such a beautiful word, isn't it? 

There's nothing better than a good night sleep.

There are times of the day when I would give up anything for an extra hour of sleep.

Yes, sleeping is something magical.

Sleep is very important for the overall health of your body and mind.

Without enough sleep you can't think straight, you feel tired and unmotivated to work.

Actually without good sleep hardly any self improvement book wont be able to help you.

Without sleep you loose awareness and thus the ability to spot opportunities.

Sleep is very important for your nervous system and your nervous system influences your heart rhythm (this is from my personal experience).

To improve the quality of your life I recommend to sleep at least for 8 hours.

If you say that you have too much to do throughout the day and there's no way you could sleep for that long, I want you to ask is it really true?

Aren't you watching silly TV shows? Checking Facebook every ten minutes etc.?

You can probably drop a bunch of time wasting activities and easily get an extra hour of sleep.


Believe me it will be worth it.

Yes,  8 hours of sleep is very important but and more than it can be harmful ...

Such medical problems were linked with oversleeping such as Diabetes, Obeity, Headache. Of course, not everyone who oversleeps has a sleep disorder. Other possible causes of oversleeping include alcohol and some prescripttion medications.
