when you receive the refund.... you become happy ,

without getting "nothing" in accounting term .

Make the life as simple as a Single Rated Service Tax Law  of 1% on self assessment 

containing  no provision about exemptions, illusiory  credits or irrational abatements.

.

Enjoy and use every moment of life.
Don't save it,Coz there is no courtesy desk for us to go and get a refund on an unused moments of life..!!
