first accept the tcs credit received and file your return... then only the tcs credit will be reflected in electronic cash ledger and you can claim it

I think in return dashboard if you enter the financial year and month, you can see " TDS and TCS credit received". If you click that you can see four tables - TDS credit received, amendment to TDS credit, TCS credit received, amendment to TCS credit. You can accept the credit, verify and file return. Then it will be reflected in your electronic cash ledger
