If a trustee holds more than two different charitable organization under his name does he need to get separate registration under 12 A? Thanks in advance

If two PANs, the separate registration required. If single PAN for both organisation then you can apply for one registration only.
12A registration mandate is not depends upon the trustee but depends upon the trust. as stated by Ms Gandhi, if each Charitable organizations have separate pans, then 12A need to be obtained for each and every charitable organizations
