    hi I am living in Australia and plan to invest in ahmedabad, india. my dad is at the age of getting retired and his accountant is like no where. he has investment in land with my uncle. Now my problem is i want to create a Trust with immediate family (me, my wife , my daughter , dad and mom ) only... me , my wife and my daughter are Australian citizen. my plan is to settle down in india after 10 years and looking for transactions in 15Cr down to track in next 10 years. what is the best way to create company or trust structure? whats RBI limits and regulation we needs to take care in foreign exchange and foreign tax side(ATO)? I want to pay less tax and maximum taxable income down the track? please advise me or provide diect no so i can call you? also high level of privacy is reqested.. thanks
