I am Amit Daga 31 yrs old basically from Kolkata but Working at Hong Kong as Business Controller. I am1st attempt Professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA.), Company Secretary (CS.), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA.), Master in Business Administration (MBA.), Certified in International Financial Reporting Standard (CIFRS.) and Commerce Graduate with 10 years’ experience in Finance Accounts, Controlling, Commercial and Business Finance.  

My Professional Experience includes experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Finance & Project Controlling, Managing the Order to Cash Process (O2C), Corporate Finance, Implementation & Training on IFRS, MIS Reporting, Auditing, Budgeting & Forecasting, Receivable & Payable Management, Team Management, Internal Control, Credit Control, liaising with Banks, Consolidation of Financials, and Valuation of Pvt. Company etc

I like to make new friends writing poetry (I wrote more than 500 poems so far) adventure, open discussion and always try to learn something new.

    sir, i've some doubts in board meeting sitting fees. our company pays BOard Meeting Sitting fees to our directors for 4 meetings. each 1 person receive Rs.10000/Meeting. total Rs.40000/- per person.
