hey if you hav service tax book then refer to ST on GTA services.....they clearly mentioned that gross value for cal ST is 25% of bill....

Dear Basu, Service tax 25% freight should be calculated for service tax @ 12.36% pls tell me shich section it has been written in Service Tax act
