About me

I am a Chartered Accountant qualified in 1994 and have a post qualification experience of 20 plus years.  I have been with Automotive industry throughout the carrier and a kind of specialisation.  Simpson & Co., Hinduja Foundries, Hyundai Motor India, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, Isuzu Motor India are the list of companies.  I also have consulting experience of around 3.5 Years with E&Y.

I have a specialisation in direct and indirect taxes.  Have handled GST implementatiion and also SAP implementation mainly on the tax modules.

Recently, I have addition of "ICFR and Internal Audit" also into my profile.

 

 

    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    Indirect tax, Customs, GST, Excise and other laws. WHT and DTAA. TRC for concessional WHT. Foreign Trade Policy, Export and Import procedures, DGFT and EPCG related topics. Incentives on exports and subsidy and Government Grants under MoU
