My bother have small printing firm. Issue is, He collected CGST Amount from customer on 2019 March. But did not filled IT. Besides he used the CGST amount completely. Still that CGST AMOUNT around 1.2 lakhs is unpaid to til date
Now received a notice from IT DEPARTMENT stating last date to file is December 19. My question how badly he will be effected if he still prolong for 2 more months.
Penalties really charge as per mentioned?
