MCA has withdrawn its circular dated 27th September 2007 which was
brought into effect from 27th October 2007 allowing the ROC to take
on record the charge forms/ returns filed within 300 days with
additional fees.
Now the charge forms / returns has to be filed within 30 days w.e.f
6th July 2008. #pdf
