2. If the space within any of the fields is not sufficient to provide all the information, then
additional details can be provided as an optional attachment to the eForm.
Please note any company desirous of getting its name struck off from Registrar of
Companies under section 560 shall file Form FTE only. Filing of Form 61 for such purpose
