E-registration of equitable mortgage made mandatory in Maharashtra

E-registration of equitable mortgage created by deposit of title deeds has been made mandatory in Maharashtra. Further, all orders of courts in relation to immovable property have to be registered either physically or online. Notification dated 1.10.2013 in this regard is attached.
