There are number of exclusive things attached with this file:
1. No where available in this format (Excel) because I have put whole lot of wit and sweat for the compilation. It shall be very useful for students and professionals of CA /CS/CWA / MBA / Lawyers etc.
2. There are 4 workbooks viz. :
SHEET 1: New : This sheet contains Section wise provisions (Comments); Corresponding section in the old Bill (New if not existed earlier),
SHEET 2: OLD: This is for our fraternity who are quite experienced and who remember whole lot of old enactment. It will make switchover quite easier. Just look up for section and you will find comparative new section or vice-versa. Even students may find it very useful if change happens anytime soon.
SHEET3: There are whole lot of uncertainties over the rules and forms. This sheet enumerates what are the exact sections wherein Government has power to make rules or prescribe forms/procedures and hence will just evaporate the fear of swithch over to new bill which is comprehensive.
SHEET4: Highlights of the New Companies Bill so that you can have edge over others in preparing for interviews/Professional Discussions etc.
I shall try to make other contribution of similar importance in near future.
