MCA has notified Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2012 vide, G.S.R (E) dated
June 5, 2012 thereby making further amendments in the existing Limited Liability Rules,2009 .
The aforesaid notification is effective from June 11th, 2012. #pdf
