About me
I am Kiran Mankodi, ACS, LL.B. Presently working in a consulting firm - Innergize Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai. At Innergize we work in devising and executing growth strategies for our client. In this direction, we review the existing business, future plans, formulate business plan for their growth, help promoters in executing those business plans. As a part of the formulating and executing the business plan we also do business structuring/ restructuring (mergers/ amalgamation/ demerger/ takeover), fund raising (Debt/ Equity), Due-Diligence, Valuation, etc.
On the personal front I like to build network as well as become part of the network, becasue as I belive at the end of the day it is contacts/ relations that helps.
In brief, I try to enjoy in what I do.
