As we are here on a professional base, i would put related descripttion about me.
By qualification i am B.Com, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, However, i have practical exposure only relating to various fields of CA.
I have completed my Articleship from a reputed CA Firm of India having more than 5 branches in the country.
I have gained knowledge & Experience of 5 years in the fields of Direct as well as Indirect Taxation with detailed knowledge of Excise, Customs, Service Tax, GVAT, CST, TDS, Transfer Pricing and other provisions of the Act. All throughout my exposure i have been handling Internal, Statutory (Including Public Company - Listed), Tax Audits, System Audits, Management Audit, Procedural Audit and Special Audit of diversified clients. I have also had experience of 2 busy seasons in the USA (US GAAP) in one of the affiliated CPA firms based therein.
