I am presently woking with "Candidlex Advisors LLP" a Legal,Management & Tax Consultants.

I have also worked with Gyan Praveen & Associates(Chartered Accountants),in the "Taxation Department".I have also completed my "articleship training" in Gyan Praveen & Associates.In my artilceship,my working profile was basically related to the "Finalization of Accounts " of Companies,Partnership firms and Properitorship concerns,Statutory Audits of Companies,Tax Audits of various kinds of entities for e.g.Companies(Private & Public),Partnership Firms,Proprietorship concerns,preparation of Scrutiny Assessments of Income Tax,Refund cases,Rectification cases,Service Tax Returns,Vat Returns of Uttar Pradesh & Delhi and so on.Besides the above,I have also worked for "Project Financing" inluding the preparation of all the documents for this purpose i.e."Projected Balance Sheet .Profit & Loss Accounts and various other documents" In the field of Audit,I have experience of "Internal Audits,Managements Audits" of Stock Broking Companies,Statutory Audits of Companies and Bank Branch Audits(Punjab National Bank & Bank of Baroda).
