About me
I am a senior Company Secretary and Corporate lawyer for three decades. having dealt industrial and corporate management tasks. Having flare for academics and teaching. I have more than ten years teaching experience in which I am associated with professional institutes.(ICWA ,ICSI and Business schools and hotel management institutes).I have dealt with management subjects and legal areas.
I have done graduation in commerce and law from Andhra University i am a senior member of ICSI and ICAI, I have subsequently migrated to Orissa for academic pursuits. I hold a Ph.D degree in management from Sambalpur University, Sambalpur, Odisha apart from other relevant academic and professional qualifications and experience in industry for more than 3 decades.
My thrust areas of teaching MBA/BBA are Business law, ethics and Governance.
I can also act as supervisor, guide and committee member for examination of research scholars works.
