I am a practicing Chartered Accountant by the grace of God since January 2015. I have completed Chartered Accountancy in November 2014 Attempt and Company Secretaryship in December 2014 attempt concurrently. Now i am pursuing CWA & LLB concurrently and planning for CFA as well.

I consider myself a student on the various core areas as mentioned ahead. I am always eager to learn from anyone without any kind of fear or criticism. I am always open for all my friends who are here on this platform, you guys can contact me anytime on any matter pertaining to my interested areas. I am easily approachable and always ready to help. I firmly believe that once you start sharing your knowledge, you actually starts gaining the knowledge.

My core areas of practice includes but not limited to the following:

1. Student of FEMA Act and its allied applicable/connected Laws.

2. Matters pertaining to RBI Act and Banking Regulation Act.

3. NBFCs, FFMCs, Payment Banks, SC/ARC and other matters. (Registration, Change of Management and others)

4. Project Finance including Loan syndicatioin.

5. Companies Act related matters.

6. Taxation Planning.

Since i have come into this noble profession, i have gained experiences pertaining to the above matters and i am even eager to learn more of the other areas apart of this.
