We provide advisory services of debt funding and loan syndication. We are into arranging Project Finance, Asset Finance and Working capital requirements from the bankers.

Project Financing includes arranging Term Loans for New Project / Expansion for construction of building and purchase of machineries. Term Loans can be arranged either as Rupee Funding or Foreign Funding. Foreign Funding includes External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) or Foreign Currency Term loans (FCTL). Foreign funding helps in reducing the cost of debt considerably.

Asset Financing includes obtaining finance on existing owned assets like Machineries, Loans against Immovable Property, Loans against shares, Loan against Plots, etc. that are free from Mortgage or Hypothecation. We also offer Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) services.

Working Capital includes funds to be used for day to day business operations / working cycle. It includes cash credit facility, export-import finance including pre-shipment and post-shipment finance, buyer’s credit, etc. We also arrange overdraft / cash credit against immovable properties for working capital requirements.

We have good relationships with Nationalised Banks, Private Banks and Co-operative Banks. We are a team of CAs, MBAs and Ex-Bankers that execute the projects. A selective matching of the clients requirements and the different products offered by the banks is required.
