Im simple, hard working guy. I was working with State Bank of India as Asst. Vice President (Credit), recently i have started my own practice.

Conducting Internal Audit & advising on strengthening of Internal Controls.
Advising on Tax compliance relating to TDS on foreign payments based on various Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA).
Preparation of MIS reports based on facts and findings, providing CDR guidance, ROC Compliance, review of Corporate Governance norms etc.
