Im simple, hard working guy. I was working with State Bank of India as Asst. Vice President (Credit), recently i have started my own practice.

- Advising on Tax compliance relating to TDS on foreign payments based on various Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA).
- Preparation of MIS reports based on facts and findings, providing CDR guidance, ROC Compliance, review of Corporate Governance norms etc.
- Conducting assignment on Physical Stock Taking & other verifications.
