Kapil Nayyar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. After having worked with Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Kapil co-founded NMA in 2003. He has over 7 years of post qualification experience and specialises in the field of Audit & Assurance and has worked extensively on tax and regulatory matters.

Kapil has been involved in systems and internal control reviews of various organisations. His expertise runs across a variety of industries, which include manufacturing, consumer finance, engineering, telecommunication, banking etc. To add to his kitty, he has handled many case studies on valuations post completing a certification course from ICAI. Kapil has also successfully completed certification course on Business Valuations conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2008-09. He has been a regular contributor of articles and notes in various forums and print media.

Kapil is also a Lead Advisor to Promaynov (www.promaynov.com), a firm engaged in providing exclusive practical training programmes to CAs and Lawyers in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Audit, M&A and Soft skills.)
