I'm Mantasha Habib, an Associate Company Secretary ,Lawyer and a Commerce Graduate with Computer Applications with a strong foundation in Corporate Law ,Compliance Management and Computer Applications.

During my articleship, I gained extensive experience in corporate compliance management, including fast-track mergers, conversions (LLP to company, private to public, public to LLP), company incorporations, and routine compliance to strike-off processes. I also delved into various licenses and registrations, such as GST, firms, society, factory, and RERA.

My legal acumen extends beyond corporate law. I've successfully handled liaisons with government departments and represented clients before tribunals and authorities. Additionally, I'm a proud National Moot Court Champion, having represented my college as the first speaker during my LL.B. My passion for law, coupled with my technical proficiency, makes me a versatile and adaptable professional.
