I am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having 16 years of expeience in Corporate Legal Field. I am a Practicing Company Secretary based in Kolkata. As on date my main area of practice is in NCLT, where I deal mainly management disputed matters( Oppression and Mismanagement ) ,IBC,Restoration of Companies,Merger and Amalgamation etc.In addition to that I also engaged in some reputed organisations as a Secretarial Auditor and also engaged in other routine Corporate Legal activities.
