"success is delayed,but not denied"
That's exactly what my sir says.Delayed but not denied.Yes man,my success is really delayed(more bcz of my blunders). After two attempts and two failures(I can say second one is a partial fialure,bcz I cleared group2 and got one exemption),atlast I have cleared IPCC in my 3rd attempt (may 2011).Trust me,after such a delay,the four lettered word ""PASS"" on the marksheet will make you feel too good to hold urself.
