Chartered Accountant with 23 years of experience (post-CA qualification) in the areas of Corporate Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, MIS, Taxation, Auditing and Fund Management.
Presently working as CFO with Uttam Group of companies, manufacturing and dealing with Industrial/medical Gases, aluminium/carbon composite light weight cylinders and related products having a JV with Luxfer Gas Cylinders, UK, a world leader in light weight cylinders. Past experiences - Working as Finance head with variuos multinationals; Partner with M/s Kalayanasundaram & associates.
Also, presently Chairing the Board of trustees of The Childreach International India (CRII), an International NGO. CRI is present in five countries, doing a great job in India applying innovative ways of fund raising and Unlocking potential of cjildren, specially unpriviledged and girl children including female foeticide.
As a part of roles and responsibilities,I am involved in strategic planning, business analyticals, reeingineering systems & procedures, preparing business continuity plans, designing internal control systems and facilitating effective decision-making.
