This notification announces the withdrawal of obsolete regulatory circulars and instructions by the RBI, following recommendations from the Regulations Review Authority (RRA) 2.0.
The interim recommendations for the withdrawal of these circulars and instructions were issued by the Regulations Review Authority (RRA) 2.0.
The circulars and instructions listed in the Annex are withdrawn with immediate effect from November 16, 2021.
The list of withdrawn circulars and instructions is provided in the Annex of the notification.
The circulars were issued by the Department of Currency Management (DCM).
