Withdrawal of circular filing of form 8 within 300 days

Now charge forms has to be filed within 30 day..circular MCA has withdrawn its circular dated 27th September 2007 which was brought into effect from 27th October 2007 allowing the ROC to take on record the charge forms/ returns filed within 300 days with additional fees. Now the charge forms
