FAQ :

The deadline for Investment Advisers to seek membership of BSE Administration & Supervision Limited (BASL) has been extended by two months, to October 31, 2021.

The deadline has been extended because BSE Administration & Supervision Limited (BASL) received representations from some existing Investment Advisers requesting more time to become members.

Existing Investment Advisers who do not seek membership of BASL by October 31, 2021, may face appropriate action, including the suspension or cancellation of their certificate of registration.

BASL, or BSE Administration & Supervision Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of BSE Limited, recognised by SEBI for the administration and supervision of Investment Advisers.

Investment Advisers are required to seek membership of BASL to ensure compliance with Regulation 6(n) of the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and to keep their registration in force.
