NOTIFICATION  

In e-xercise-of-the-power-s-c-onfer-red-on-mew ncler-sec-tion-70-of-Delhi-Value-Added Tax Act, 2004 and under rule 28 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, I, S.S. Yadav, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Government of NCT of Delhi., do hereby withdraw notifications No.F.3(643)/Policy/VAT/2016/1585-1597 dated 1st March,2016, and notifications No.F.3(643)/Policy/VAT/2016/419-431 dated 1st July,2016, regarding mandatory requirement of filing returns in Form DVAT 16 or in Form 17, as the case may be, with digital signatures. 

This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
