SECTION 210A OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956 - CONSTITUTION OF NATIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON ACCOUNTING STANDARDS - NOTIFIED COMMITTEE NOTIFICATION NO. S.O. 2266(E), DATED 25-9-2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 30th May, 2008, vide number S.O. 1270(E), dated 30th May, 2008, namely:- In the said notification, against serial number (8), for the entry, "Shri Dinesh Verma, CIT(ITA), Central Board of Direct Taxes" the entry, "Shri Anand Kumar Kedia, Director (TPL-III), Central Board of Direct Taxes" shall be substituted.
