G.S.R. (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (ab) of section (2) of sections 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the Passenger Name Record Information Regulations, 2022 issued vide notifiaction no. 67/2022-Customs (N.T) of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 621(E), dated the 8th August, 2022, namely
