Notification No.38/2008-Cus, Dated : March 24, 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) read with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance( Department of Revenue) No. 11/2008-Customs dated the 23 rd January, 2008, number G.S.R. 52(E), dated the 23 rd January, 2008, namely:-

In the said notification, in the TABLE, -

(i) against Sl. No. 5,-

(a) for the entry in column (7), the entry “M/s Hanwha Chemical Corporation'' shall be substituted;

(b) for the entry in column (8), the entry “M/s Hanwha Chemical Corporation or M/s Hanwha Corporation'' shall be substituted;

(ii) against Sl. No. 12,-

(a) for the entry in column (7), the entry “M/s Ocean Plastics Co. Ltd.'' shall be substituted;

(b) for the entry in column (8), the entry “M/s Ocean Plastics Co. Ltd.'' shall be substituted;

(iii) against Sl. No. 19,-

(a) for the entry in column (7), the entry “M/s Tianjin Dagu Chemical Company Limited” shall be substituted;

(b) for the entry in column (8), the entry “M/s Tianjin Dagu Chemical Company Limited or M/s Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industries Imp. & Exp. Corporation'' shall be substituted;

(iv) against Sl. No. 20,-

(a) for the entry in column (7), the entry “ M/s Xinjiang Shihezi Zhongfa Chemical Co. Ltd.'' shall be substituted;

(b) for the entry in column (8), the entry “M/s Xinjiang Shihezi Zhongfa Chemical Co. Ltd. or M/s Xinjiang Tianye Foreign Trade Co. Ltd.'' shall be substituted;

(v) against Sl. No. 21,-

(a) for the entry in column (7), the entry “M/s Yichang Yihua Pacific Cogen Co. Ltd.'' shall be substituted;

(b) for the entry in column (8), the entry “M/s Yichang Yihua Pacific Cogen Co. Ltd. or M/s Hubei Yihua Group Co Ltd.'' shall be substituted
