New Delhi, the 30th October, 2025

S.O. 4945(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 23A read with subsection (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services vide number S.O. 1628(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely: -

In the said notification, in paragraph 9, for the words, “Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.”, the words,“the Union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh,” shall be substituted.
