NOTIFICATION
No. VAT-1507/CR-57/Taxation-1. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Tax Laws (Levy, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2007 (Mah.XXV of 2007), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 15th August 2007 to be the date on which sections 1 to 5, 6(1), 7(1), 7(3), 7(4), 8 to 12, 14, 15(2), 16, 17, 19, 20 and 22 of the said Act shall come into force.
