G.S.R. 644(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 namely: -

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Limited Liability Partnership (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, for the Form 3 and Form 4, the following Forms shall respectively be substituted, namely: —
