The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India hereby publishes the syllabus and details of the Limited Insolvency Examination (Examination) under regulation 3 (3) of theInsolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professionals) Regulations, 2016for the examination to be conducted from 1stMarch 2022.

FAQ :
The new syllabus for the Limited Insolvency Examination is effective from 1st March 2022.
The syllabus includes The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, related rules and regulations, Business Laws (like Companies Act, Partnership Act, Contract Act), General Laws, Finance and Accounts, General Awareness, and Case Laws/Case Studies.
The examination is conducted online via computer-based testing in a proctored environment, with objective multiple-choice questions.
A candidate needs to secure 60% of the marks to pass the examination.
No workbook or study material is allowed, and electronic devices, including mobile phones and smart watches, are prohibited during the examination.
The current applicable fee for every enrolment is Rs. 1770.
