No, the RBI will not grant any extensions beyond the 1800 hours cut-off time.

Agency banks must upload these files on all days except global holidays, non-working Saturdays, Sundays, and any other day declared a holiday by the RBI for government transactions.

The excluded holidays are January 26, August 15, October 2, all non-working Saturdays, all Sundays, and any other day declared a holiday by the RBI for government transactions.

Agency banks should upload their luggage files in RBI's QPX/e-Kuber system.
