The purpose of Customs Notification No. 37/2024 is to make further amendments to the existing Customs Notification No. 27/2011-Customs.
Customs Notification No. 37/2024 was issued on the 23rd July, 2024.
These amendments were made under sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962.
The original notification being amended is Notification No. 27/2011-Customs, dated 1st March, 2011.
The amendments were made by the Central Government on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do so.
