G.S.R....(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,1962 (52 of 1962) read with section 124 of the Finance Act,2021(13 of 2021),the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.35/2025-Customs, dated the section(i),vide number G.S.R.561(E), dated the 18th August, 2025, namely: -

In the said notification,in paragraph 2,for the figures,letters and words “30th day of September, 2025”, the figures, letters and words “31stday of December, 2025” shall be substituted.

The deadline mentioned in paragraph 2 of the original notification has been extended.

The original deadline was the 30th day of September, 2025.

The new extended deadline is the 31st day of December, 2025.

The original notification being amended is dated 18th August, 2025.
