As per Trade Circular 9T of 2017 Dt. 01st April 2017, the dates of filing the returns for the monthly return for period March 2017 and the quarterly return periods of 1st October 2016 to 31st December 2016 and 1st January, 2017 to 31st March, 2017 were communicated to the Trade.

The para no. 6 of the Trade Circular 9T of 2017 Dt. 01st April 2017 reads as follows-

"4. In. view of the above, return for the month of March 2017 and the returns for the Quarters of 1st October 2016 to 31st December 2016 and 1st January, 2017 to 31st March, 201 7 may be flied by the dates mentioned below-
