(E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) (Central Board of Direct Taxes) vide number S.O. 241(E), dated the 3rd February, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 3rd February, 2010, for “6.50% to 7.25%”, read “6% to 7.25%”.
