New Delhi, the 29th October,2024

S.O.....(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)of section 4 read with section and sub-sections (1) and (1A) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai Customs Zone-I to exercise the powers and discharge duties conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-V, Mumbai Customs Zone-II for the purposes of the adjudication of the norices mentioned in column (3) of the Table below, in respect of the main noticee mentioned in column (2) therein, namely-

FAQ :

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has appointed the new authority.

The Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai Customs Zone-I has been appointed.
