ORDER: -

                In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.5 of 2005) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to Schedule-I appended to the said Act.

2.     The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the Ist April,2005.

                                        AMENDMENT

I.      In Schedule – I of the said Act, for Sl.No.24 and the entry

relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:

        "24.   Meat, Flesh of Poultry, Fish including dry fish, Prawns,

Prawn Seed, Lobsters, Crabs, Shrimps and other sea food except when they are sold in frozen state or in a sealed container; Eggs, Livestock and animal hair."
