G.S.R. ......(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby amends the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), to the extent specified in the corresponding entries

The notification amends specified Customs Notifications under Section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, as deemed necessary in the public interest.
The amendments are made in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962.
This notification has been issued by the Central Government, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), Government of India.
The notification is dated 30th April, 2025.
